ROC & Compliance Services

Keep your renewable energy assets operating at peak performance with 24/7/365 remote operations support from our state-of-the-art NERC compliant generation control center. Our trained and qualified operators monitor alarms through EMS and SCADA systems, execute operational directives from transmission operators and balancing authorities, and perform critical generator controls including stops, starts, resets, and callouts. With Service and Standard Deviations tracking in KPAFlexs, our ROC/NERC-Compliance services reduce lost generation, minimize human performance errors, and mitigate operational risk.

Technical Training Services

Located in Charlotte, NC, TECHStart Academy delivers training for our wind, solar, and battery storage technicians across the U.S. renewables industry in our Global Wind Organization (GWO) certified training facility. Our comprehensive curriculum includes:

Mobile Field Services

We provide expert field support across the continental U.S. Our mobile technicians provide transactional services from site start-up and commissioning through preventative maintenance and ongoing O&M support. Trained to work within a variety of common QMS platforms and traveling more than one million miles annually, our team delivers flexible turbine inspections, routine maintenance, testing, and repairs wherever your assets are located.

Large Corrective Maintenance

When major repairs are needed, our experienced teams deliver comprehensive large corrective maintenance services including labor, logistics, and specialized equipment tooling. Our proprietary up-tower GenHook LT Crane package enables component-specific exchanges on GE delays and costs of traditional crane mobilization.

Field gearbox

Field Gearbox and Generator Repair

When a gearbox or generator requires repair — urgent or planned — our certified team is ready. We hold Certified Service Provider status for Winergy and ZF Transmissions and bring specialized capabilities across 8 gearbox manufacturers and 9 generator types, supported by 30 purpose-built specialty tool kits designed for 40 distinct repair scenarios.

Our uptower repair approach is built to prevent costly full component exchanges. By restoring gearboxes and generators in place, we deliver significant cost savings compared to full replacement — without the added expense of crane mobilization.

Service includes: Labor, per diem, vehicle, and tooling. Crane and mobilization/demobilization quoted at time of event.

High Voltage Services

Our high voltage services maintain the electrical infrastructure that keeps your renewable assets connected to the grid. Our comprehensive HV preventative and corrective maintenance programs include parts inventories and are designed to maximize uptime and ensure grid compliance.
