Caprock Solar Power Project

The Caprock Solar Power Project was completed in late 2016 and generates enough energy to power about 5,000 average homes. The power from the project is sold to Western Farmers Electric Cooperative under a 25-year agreement. EPC contractor Swinerton Renewable Energy built the solar project, which consists of more than 103,000 solar panels manufactured by Jinko Solar.
